I have USAA insurance and they told me to go there since someone rear ended my car. They only fixed the cosmetic issues but not the mechanical. Then I called my insurance to inform them and apparently they told my insurance that the mechanical issue was there before the accident. They are liars and scammers and definitely work for the insurance and the the car owners. I had been there before for other cosmetic issues, but after this issue, Im never returning and not recommending.
I went through Gerber using USAA for an insurance claim. They were really easy to work with and they got my vehicle back to me quickly and faster then expected. If you are using the reviews to decide, here it is.

I brought my truck for touch up paint and got the car back with a big dent and scratches. They refuse to take blame. I took my car home and parked it without driving it anywhere. Until I decided to take it for drive I noticed the big dent. Spoke to the manager and he said that it had not happened there. But I am 100% sure they did it. I would be careful when taking my car there. Check it before you leave. Otherwise you will be left with a bigger dent.
