Great communication and timely service. My vehicle was exceptionally clean when returned. I really appreciated the help with returning my rental which avoided an extra hour of shuttling back and forth to the rental office on a Friday.
I had my front number fixed and Ezra was very thorough in explaining what they would do and the estimated time. He gave updates twice a week to let me know if things were on track which I appreciated.
Gerber did an amazing job fixing hail damage. Communication was great- we received text updates AND they were always available by phone when we needed it. The girl at the front desk and Israel (sp?) were so patient and accommodating for us. We have always been impressed with the quality of work and how they do whatever they can to help you out.
I was very happy on the way however it was repaired no damage at all. The Ram 2025 seems better than the accident that was made. Very surprised it was all fixed before the due date to be picked up ♥️
