Put my mazda in for some glass, rim, and mirror work, Brent did a fast, thorough and great job replacing each peice and was done with care and Chrissy helped me coordinate with my insurance company and kept me updated a long the way. The picture on google does not do it justice, it is clean well put together and the work they do is very good, they even detailed my car before pickup! Highly recommend.
I had an overall great experience with this shop. Chelsey was extremely helpful with informing me of the process in dealing with my insurance . I called and came by several times with questions and each time she was very courteous with me!! Chrissy was also very thorough. Pictures were needed for service/ordering parts. My daughter hit a deer and messed up her front end of her car. Gerber got me in the same day I called and told me it could take up to 14 days for repairs. Everyone was so friendly and made sure you k ew everything that was going on. I didn’t have rental coverage and let them know that we needed the car back asap because my daughter needed to get to school and work.
