Thank you to the staff at Gerber Collision especially Mr. Ethan and Ms. Rebecca for working on my vehicle. The whole process was great interacting with all the staff , from the team member who answered the phone made us feel very happy. The results were great . I’ve been a loyal customer of Gerber Collision & Glass in Conyers for years, largely due to the exceptional service provided by estimator Brittany Moss. However, my recent experience in August 2025 was deeply disappointing, as the location’s professionalism and empathy have significantly declined since her departure. The new estimator was unprofessional, abruptly stating she was “not Brittany” and would not emulate her, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable when I was simply trying to discuss my claim.
