My new car was swiped by an uninsured driver on the passenger side fender. It was a simple fender replacement job. My insurance company Geico recommend this location. I dropped my car off and Sandy at the front desk only and she had a rude attitude from the beginning . I had a new car, it got a dent on the front fender, farmer suggested Gerber I brought it to Gerber at Kent, the employee came outside and looked at the car, I explained I wanted the fender replaced and I only wanted the fender painted he said they were slow at the moment and he could have it done real fast and he would go in and order the fender. 2 weeks had almost gone by I asked if it was done, he said the fender was repaired. They did good work on a previous vehicle, so I went back to them for a different one. Once completed, I actually had to come back for a warranty fix. I worked with Patience and she was wonderful! She kept me posted on when the parts would come in and the condition of them. She made sure the parts were in great condition prior to having them installed. She scheduled me in and I got the work done in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with Patience and her awesome service made everything easy!
