Great service staff went above and beyond replaced my bumper in a day and even washed and vacuumed the truck
I called on December 19th to make an appointment for an estimate. They told me they couldn't get me in until the 29th. I did not get my usual email reminders or anything or text reminders of my appointment but I had it on my calendar so I showed up on time. Justin and Liz at the 2821 Capital Blvd Raleigh NC location were outstanding in their professionalism, knowledge and customer service. The work was completed before the promised date and it was excellent. I drove to this location because their work and customer service was so great. Keep up the amazing work Justin and Liz!
Nice staff the did a great job checking with us to make sure the insurance company help with a few issues. I would recommend this location.
I had the most extraordinary experience with Gerber. They actually care about your vehicle and the quality of their work rather than most places that provide mediocre service. They kept me updated on everything they did to my car and even finished my car earlier than expected. And the staff (special shout out to Renee) are so outgoing and attentive to your needs.
