This place have a strong smell inside ! Not all the customers are happy with those kind of smells! Why we got to take this while waiting here ? Is very disrespectful !
Would give less than one star if I could. We brought our vehicle in for a front fender repair. The repair looks fine, but when we brought the car in, the audio system and touch screen control panel was working perfectly. Now, it no longer works and Gerber refuses to repair it because our insurer says it is not loss related, and "we need to take it to the dealer for a software update." Gerber should volunteer to do so, and to pay for the software update. Everything was working and we brought the vehicle in for cosmetic damage... read more
Great and quick service, very pleased with our experience here and will def go back if we have future car repair needs. 4 stars because the inside of our vehicle was returned very messy with a white residue all over. It looked like dried soap and we wondered if it was supposed to be cleaned but the clean up person did a sloppy job. Still highly recommend this place, though!
