Would give less than one star if I could. We brought our vehicle in for a front fender repair. The repair looks fine, but when we brought the car in, the audio system and touch screen control panel was working perfectly. Now, it no longer works and Gerber refuses to repair it because our insurer says it is not loss related, and "we need to take it to the dealer for a software update." Great and quick service, very pleased with our experience here and will def go back if we have future car repair needs. 4 stars because the inside of our vehicle was returned very messy with a white residue all over. It looked like dried soap and we wondered if it was supposed to be cleaned but the clean up person did a sloppy job. Still highly recommend this place, though!
Let me start by saying I am overall pleased with the work Gerber in Arlington Heights has done. A little hiccup but it was resolved 110% Martin who works front desk & the Hispanic guy who does the estimates were AMAZING, especially Martin. He's the face of that place. Because of his customer service is what made me choose Gerber. I appreciate the whole tram at Gerber. Thank you for fixing my Traverse & making it perfect again.
