I have nothing but great things to say about this team. Accidents are high stress, But they took care of me all along the way. Not only did I get my car back fast, they kept me up-to-date the entire time. They earned my trust and they will forever be my go to from now on. To make long story short this place screwed us so bad. Ex. $634.00 for one headlight come on, I took car for quote and waited for it, instead they took upon there self to go ahead and do the work because they knew they could screw us and insurance and get a way with it. $15,000 in repair and that's only the front of the vehicle. No mechanical issues except a sensor had to be replaced. They charged exactly fifty + or minus fifty under cost to total which I find real convenient for them. I know there are mixed reviews for Gerber Collision & Glass. However, I have only had great experiences with the quality of their service and repair work. Most recently, my Honda Ridgeline was in a 7 vehicle fender bender on I-20 eastbound out of Atlanta. I had obvious front end damage and what appeared to be minor rear bumper damage. Josh Bozeman, the Gerber estimator, was courteous and knowledgeable.
