To make long story short this place screwed us so bad. Ex. $634.00 for one headlight come on, I took car for quote and waited for it, instead they took upon there self to go ahead and do the work because they knew they could screw us and insurance and get a way with it. $15,000 in repair and that's only the front of the vehicle. No mechanical issues except a sensor had to be replaced. They charged exactly fifty + or minus fifty under cost to total which I find real convenient for them. Worst experience, went here because it was my insurers preferred shop. Seriously considering switching insurance just because of the association.
The manager Tim went above and beyond to aquire the parts to repair my classic car correctly. It took longer than I would have liked but it was worth the wait. Amanda at reception kept me updated a minimum of twice weekly! My car looks better than I ever dreamed it would.
