Gerber, Collision & Glass took care of me this past month when I had a small fender bender. They were amazing with keeping me updated on my car, Josh called throughout the week to let me know the progress and did a phenomenal job. They even had my car done a week before when it was planned to be ready. Awesome customer service, the lady at the front desk is super sweet and helpful! I would definitely recommend them & trust them with my vehicle!
I have nothing but great things to say about this team. Accidents are high stress, But they took care of me all along the way. Not only did I get my car back fast, they kept me up-to-date the entire time. They earned my trust and they will forever be my go to from now on. Thank you again, Jay, Zeek, Amanda, and Everyone else that had a hand in my Jeep!! Real MVPs!!!
To make long story short this place screwed us so bad. Ex. $634.00 for one headlight come on, I took car for quote and waited for it, instead they took upon there self to go ahead and do the work because they knew they could screw us and insurance and get a way with it. $15,000 in repair and that's only the front of the vehicle. No mechanical issues except a sensor had to be replaced. They charged exactly fifty + or minus fifty under cost to total which I find real convenient for them.
