One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a car facility. Will be asking and advocating my insurance to drop them as a preferred provider. The lack of communications and errors on Gerbers end is too much to write here. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
I took my car for a scratched on the driver's mirror but it took them 5 days to fix it. Avoid this place!
They first got the time wrong. Then they texted to cancel the appointment. Then when I called told the the appointment time was changed. Then when I showed up, the time was not changed. I was an hour early! Then they did not reattach all parts of the car. To fix it, they promised to come to my house to reattach the part they left off. But they never showed up.
I have been waiting for well over 3 months to get my headlight replaced, and it is a warranty because it has been leaking. After waiting a month for a call, I called to ask if the part was in yet., I was told I'm sorry misplaced paperwork. Waited about a month and called was told someone dropped the ball and it was not ordered. Now a month later and was told have not got part yet, let me call you back, no call, called again in a week, let me call you back 2 weeks later no call no part. I feel like I don't matter.
