Hopefully, I won't have to have Gerber Collision Crystal Lake do anymore body repair jobs for me. But if I do, I'm definitely returning them. I love that they were open on Saturdays which made it super convenient for me. They also ordered the parts prior to me leaving my car and the repair was done in a timely fashion. Great customer service and communication!! Highly recommended!!!

Please do yourself a favor and don’t go here. They damaged our new car and want us to have them fix it. Brand new car scratched inside and out by them. They are refusing to pay for damages if we go to another shop. I’m not sure how they are in business.
HORRIBLE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Replaced a windshield on our brand new Odyssey. Less than 5K miles on it Scratched the car to bare metal Scratched the dashboard Damaged seals Boot marks on seats and inside door panel. Didnt even set the windshield correctly anyways. When we pointed out the damage they had the nerve to tell us that they also have a body shop that would be happy to work on the car. The most incompetent bunch of amateurs ever. Wish l could give zero stars since this joke of a shop doesnt even deserve 1.
Gerber did a fantastic job on my car. Jerry was my technician and point of contact. He treated me with courtesy and respect and walked me through the whole process, making it also painless as possible. My car looks like it was never damaged. Thanks for a great job and great service!
