In the past I have always brought my car here. I know they do an amazing job! It has been a very long time since I needed to bring my car in. They didn’t disappoint. They make it look brand new. They had it completed and cleaned up before the date they had given me. I appreciate all the hard and professional work they do. I would absolutely recommend bringing your car here hands down. I have them 5 stars and an additional 5. I trust them with my car. This is the before and after.
OUTSTANDING! I will never go anywhere else. The whole team is professional, caring and true to their word. Ashley and Nick are the best in their field. A million thank yous for taking impeccable care of my car and guiding me through the insurance process - could not have been easier and I could not ask for anything more.
Horrible. I scheduled a simple window crack repair on my only day off of work. Headed to the crystal lake location and the desk woman assured me a technician would come soon- I waited an hour before someone else said that they dont have window technicians at that location but somewhere down the road thats not even on the map. Had to reschedule everything.
I just got my car back from here and they are super easy to work with!! And super fast!! And excellent work they do!! It’s the second time I bring a car to them and it’s just a charm!!
