Horrible. I scheduled a simple window crack repair on my only day off of work. Headed to the crystal lake location and the desk woman assured me a technician would come soon- I waited an hour before someone else said that they dont have window technicians at that location but somewhere down the road thats not even on the map. Had to reschedule everything.
I just got my car back from here and they are super easy to work with!! And super fast!! And excellent work they do!! It’s the second time I bring a car to them and it’s just a charm!!
I have used Gerber in the past to repair collision damage and they did a great job. Recently I returned to have some (unrelated) rust damage repaired. Estimate was quick and easy and I scheduled my appointment early to give time for the parts to arrive. I had a limited time for the repair to be without my car. The repair took a few days longer thank promised and I was not "wowed" by the delay and the work. There were some small things that I felt should have been done to go the extra mile. Hopefully, I won't have to have Gerber Collision Crystal Lake do anymore body repair jobs for me. But if I do, I'm definitely returning them. I love that they were open on Saturdays which made it super convenient for me. They also ordered the parts prior to me leaving my car and the repair was done in a timely fashion. Great customer service and communication!! Highly recommended!!!
