After an unfortunate event in our garage forced us to seek an Auto Body Garage we began. The most professional sounding business that we contacted was Gerber in Crystal Lake. So we brought our damaged automobile there. Very friendly front desk with a comfortable waiting room. Honest, good quality work. Manager, Michael, is very professional.
It was great dependable service
This location was supposed to repair a chip in my windshield, but they ended up breaking the windshield more, then overcharging me to get a full replacement. They didn’t communicate with me regarding working with my insurance company. Ultimately, I paid five times what I was initially told I would be charged for a simple fix to a chipped windshield.
