Taylor was awesome! She was very detailed when I first brought my daughter‘s car to get repaired. She found issues that the original body shop did not find that needed to be fixed. The work performed turned out really good and this location stands behind their work.
I would not recommend using this location, the shop tech specified it wasn’t their job to make my car better after an accident but to make it the same as before the accident. However after they completed the work I did a one over on the car to find my bumper wasn’t bolted back down under the hood section, half probably more than half my plastic clips were missing both from the wheel well and underneath the bumper. Picked up car early, looked great. Battery was drained, jump box used was bad. Tried 2nd jump box and it started. Drove car for a few days and wheel housing covers loosened, I could hand tighten screws. Gaps showed where trim meets bumper. Brought the car back and was told the aftermarket parts didn't line up properly. They said they needed to order original parts. Have to return to the shop again to replace parts.
The best experience I have had with car repairs in my 35 years of driving. Staff was phenomenal. Repairs were completed before expected. Perfect paint match.
From start to finish we had the best experience. Ashlin, the Estimator, was so kind especially at a stressful time. Everyone with whom we had contact was helpful, communicative and made us feel like we'd known them for years. Bonus points for the car being ready earlier than originally promised!! Thank you!!
