From start to finish we had the best experience. Ashlin, the Estimator, was so kind especially at a stressful time. Everyone with whom we had contact was helpful, communicative and made us feel like we'd known them for years. Bonus points for the car being ready earlier than originally promised!! Thank you!!
I dropped off my car at Geber collision and glass 273 Riverchase way Lexington SC, on Jan 21, for them to repair a fender bender due to rear ending from a car behind me. 3 weeks later Geber claimed repair is complete, lo and behold the most visible part of the repair was not done, and they collected $500 deductible for an incomplete job! This smacks of incompetence at best, and fraudulent at worst. Please don’t take your car to this facility, unless they change their ways! What a great experience for something that could have been an even more stressful situation after having a car accident. Stephen was extremely helpful & pleasant during the entire process. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner & my car looks beautiful. I highly recommend this location for any of your collision needs.
I originally dropped my truck off after the accident that my insurance and the other guy at fault insurance recommended. After a month the employees from Gerber dropped off my truck at my house while I was out of town on vacation on Oct. 31st. When I got home I found a chunk out of one of my tires that was caused by the accident so I took it back to get replaced. I got the truck back in a couple of days after I dropped it off.
