Missed the mark in the beginning. Ultimately they were able to address issues as they've been brought to their attention
They did a great job on my front and rear bumper replacement. They also went the extra mile on everything and could not have been more helpful. Good people I totally recommend them.
2 years post "repair" vehicle has cracked paint, chips, irrepairable damage to parts inside the vehicle, and overspray. Plastic parts come out with no effort. I'm taking an educated guess and say things were not removed as recommended per the vehicle's manufacturer. 100% should have totaled my vehicle out instead of doing such a bad job. Had to go right back right after the first time being "repaired" to address some obvious damage still on the truck. The office staff was friendly and communicated well. The car was done quickly and looks brand new.
This is your place! William one of the techs is a craftsman which is hard to find in today’s world! The service was quick and thorough. Although my repair was small, I have all the confidence in the world that these folks can make anything look like new again. Awesome company!
