I have never been more happy to leave a review in my life. I was in an accident in Jan2025, that I was not at fault for, so the driver's insurance was paying and recommended Gerber Collision. Gerber was very good with keeping us informed about the repairs to our car. Although they did have it a month due to some delivery issues, they gave us a rental because of the delay..Thank you to Charlotte, Terry and Jonathan for your professionalism, and patience with us.

I had high hopes for Gerber Auto Glass and Repair based on initial interactions, but my experience has left me deeply disappointed. While the staff is generally positive and accommodating, the handling of my situation, particularly by Heidi, was less than satisfactory.
