Amazing customer service! I felt like they were a genuine mom and pop body shop despite their size as a corporate company. They made me feel very respected.
Beware Insurance Companies are recommending Gerber Auto repair to take your car for repair. Had bad experience there. They repaired a bumper on my car because it was falling . Charged 1,000.00 Approximately 3 months later falling off again They said it’s not under warranty and we will charge you to repair again. Did not hit anything just came lose . They said we will not fix it without another charge are you can take it somewhere else. Insurance should stop recommending them. They were very rude . Have talk to several people... read more
