Did fate bring John & Karen to John Karen? I have had Bob's Auto Body & Paint repair my vehicles since the 1980s. Hail damage, fender benders, and worse. I've had at least 5 vehicles repaired here during that time. Each was guaranteed. Bob's staff did those little extras that you hate to ask about, but they are very accommodating. Each repair lasted. We met by accident It is never a fun thing to be in an accident, but Bob's mad the process seem almost pleasant. I was referred to Bob's through the insurance company, and I am so glad that is where they sent me. Bob's handled the whole process for me, including contacting the insurance company and getting payment arranged through them. The prices were reasonable (I had quotes from other repair shops and Bob's was right in line with them). The people are friendly and helpful. Where's the customer service? I have had auto repairs performed by Pearl Auto Body twice and as long as insurance companies were paying for the repairs they were happy to take the money but when I was involved in a hit and run and needed to present an estimate to the courts so that I could have the guilty party pay for the damage, Pearl said they couldn't give me an estimate for repair. I was told they would not do it because the owner of Pearl "doesn't like to go to court if subpoenaed". I guess they don't believe in mainta... read more
