Took my truck here and everything started out smooth I sent them the estimate and they told me they have to submit more damaged to the insurance and they needed the truck to do that. They then told me they would have it fixed in a week well the truck is finished as I need it tomorrow and now they tell me they are waiting on the insurance to approve and pay. Customer Service is not good won't put the car back together after pulling it apart. Any excuse not to do the work. Not to mention missing personal items from the car. Do not bring your car here
A job Well done once again, they never seemed to disappoint end. They got me right in and couple days later. My car was fixed.No complaints so far
Great service and I got my vehicle back sooner then estimated. Awesome work all around.
The employees I dealt with were friendly and helpful. My dismay was the first estimate vs the final invoice. $1400 when I walked in, $4500 when I walked out. Minor collision repair took 10 days. Upon pick up, a trim piece was incorrect and had to leave it for one more day for a different trim piece. People were great and I guess I can't fault them for playing the Insurance Claim game.
