Great service. My repair wasn't difficult, but even so they kept in touch and had it done in less than a week. They worked hand in hand with my insurance throughout my repair. Enterprise works well with Gerber and got me a rental , same day.

Landscaper shot a rock out of his mower and into my driver's door. My insurance company sent me to Gerber to get it repaired. Dropped the truck off on Wednesday, June 25th. I was told it would be ready "early next week." No problem at all. Called me on Tuesday, July 1st, to tell me the repair was finished, but they'd damaged the bed of the truck while washing it. I've heard a few different lies about exactly how it was damaged, but I saw the pictures, and it was worse than the original damage. Told me that because of the upc... read more
