Landscaper shot a rock out of his mower and into my driver's door. My insurance company sent me to Gerber to get it repaired. Dropped the truck off on Wednesday, June 25th. I was told it would be ready "early next week." No problem at all. Called me on Tuesday, July 1st, to tell me the repair was finished, but they'd damaged the bed of the truck while washing it. Unreliable, inconsiderate service. Had our car for days.
We had insurance repair done at Gerber. The work was excellent. The people at Gerber are all great. When the car was done I had a problem with my insurance company in that they said I had a $1,000 deductible when in fact I had no deductible as the damage happened in a parking lot while car was parked and they should have had a waived deductible.
