Unreliable, inconsiderate service. Had our car for days.
We had insurance repair done at Gerber. The work was excellent. The people at Gerber are all great. When the car was done I had a problem with my insurance company in that they said I had a $1,000 deductible when in fact I had no deductible as the damage happened in a parking lot while car was parked and they should have had a waived deductible. My experience with Gerber Collision was generally positive; they did a great job repairing my car after an accident. But the thing that makes me happy and trust them that when I dropped my car off two weeks ago, I forgot my gold ring in the car . When I went today and picked up my car , my gold ring was still there. Thank you
