Extremely pleased with the staff! They are a pleasure to work with. A tree fell on my daughter’s car at work and needed an estimate to provide to her company. First tried to go to Caliber Collision but they were rude and then didn’t want to give an estimate. Gerber was great from the first call until they provided the estimate. I will definitely bring my car here to get it repaired.
We have taken a few vehicles here now in the past couple years and have always had great service. The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. We have great communication throughout the repairs and usually get to pick up earlier than expected. Today I had an issue unrelated to repairs and brought it in and was immediately helped. Some scratches from a car wash issue were buffed out in just a few minutes without a charge. We are so appreciative and will definitely use them again.
