So it all started February when I got my bumper replaced and painted by gerber mind you I order a $1000 bumper off of eBay with same material as oem bumper. So the Friday I get my car back, that weekend paint started to chip I email gerber and ask can I bring it back for them to take a look and see if it’s in warranty to replace. There is an employee by the name of Patricia who is extremely rude. This is not the first time she has been this way. I have dealt with her in the past and always a nasty attitude. So my business is going elsewhere and I will be sure to let others know about Patricia.
I had a fantastic experience at Gerber Collision. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They kept me up to date through texts and phone calls. I got my vehicle back as scheduled and they even detailed it for me. If needed, I will definitely do business with them again.
