There is an employee by the name of Patricia who is extremely rude. This is not the first time she has been this way. I have dealt with her in the past and always a nasty attitude. So my business is going elsewhere and I will be sure to let others know about Patricia.
I had a fantastic experience at Gerber Collision. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They kept me up to date through texts and phone calls. I got my vehicle back as scheduled and they even detailed it for me. If needed, I will definitely do business with them again.

The task was completed successfully and I would highly recommend this team.
They were super fast and the text updates at every step kept me informed about my cars repair progress. I really like that. I knew what was happening with my car so I didn't have to call for updates. I hope I don't have to come back honestly (because that would mean my car needs repairs) but if I ever do I'll DEFINITELY be coming back. Staff was super friendly as well!
