Great experience! Worked very fast !
Came here a few months ago after a collision that broke my tail light, they replaced my ensemble. Came to find out that the bulb they used was faulty when I was pulled over for a dim brake light just months after the repair. While repairing the faulty bulb, I had a nice surprise when I saw someone spilled coffee all over the inside of the ensemble. How does that even happen??? Its a new ensemble, nobody else could have put that there!!! See photo for details.
This was the best experience I've ever had with any car-related service. The customer service from every person I talked to was excellent, scheduling was quick and easy, and my repair was perfect. It is never fun having to deal with car issues, but they made it smoother than I could've hoped for.
So I want to get an estimate on my vehicle referred by my insurance company which I would highly recommend , and the guy there didn't even want to do an appraisal. He was talking about how he doesn't have any availability, or anyone to look at the vehicle. Yet. This was an appointed time that we had schedule ended up at a different collision center. But by far the worst experience I've ever had to deal with when it comes to customer service especially being in a situation of having to deal with getting a repair on a vehicle ... read more
