Customer service here is terrible. There’s an old lady at the front watching her grandson. She told me she don’t “do walkins” I just needed an estimate. I was quoted an insanely low price from my insurance so I was trying to get a second opinion. She was no help with that. Thank you for telling me to email you the quote from my insurance even though I can do that and set an appointment online. Sometimes it’s best to listen and focus on customer service satisfaction. Such great work and customer service-highly recommend. After my first job we noticed a big chunk of paint missing and they worked with me to repaint the whole roof for free. They make sure their customer service is top notch and a job well done.
I’m sure these folks do great work, but I wouldn’t know, since calling the shop down the street connects me to a national number, which after 5 to 10 minutes talking to them transfers you back to the shop you tried to call in the first place, where a tech answers listens to your complaint then forwards you to a number with a full voicemail box. Very frustrating.
Terrible service. Insurance setup thru that garage but I couldn’t get the info to the lady for towing because she would not stop talking over me. I asked her if she could stop talking to get her the info she needed and went on a rant and hung up on me. Seems the people there not only are turning away new business, they also have a chip on their shoulder and want customers to know it. Needless to say, I had the insurance company switch me to a different garage where the staff was professional and courteous.
