This place has amazing customer service. Christian was great. He thoroughly explained the whole process and answered all of my questions. The receptionist was so sweet and helpful. They assisted with getting me a rental car while my car was being repaired and I was able to return the rental to Gerber when my car was fixed.
Highly would NOT recommend this Company! Very unprofessional & VERY unreliable! This Company has been nothing but hassle to deal with. I’ve brought my car in 4 different times for the Same incident in the last 3 months. I definitely got charged an arm & leg for half Ass work to be done. Im VERY Disappointed in this Gerber Collision Company!
