Honda Civic Si body work paid by Geico insurance. Body work and paint fine. Received weekly updates on progress. Front office staff horrible communication. Promised phone calls never happen. Claim they sent text instead. Texts never received. Ben, in the office, tells me "I can prove we sent you a text 1 minute after we opened." Huh? You were supposed to call me. Amy, Charlie and Brian are literal Godsends. My family and I arrived in Colorado from Houston, TX for a Spring Break Ski trip. The mountain that we were on had turbulent winds which badly damaged our front driver door to the point where it couldn’t close. Amy, Charlie and Brian fixed the door on the spot in a matter of minutes. They were extremely cordial, accommodating and understanding. They made an otherwise unpleasant experience with a damaged door into a great one.
