Gerber Colliaion is my go to for car repair. Angie and the crew have showed me that they are willing to go above and beyond. On top of providing great customer service the service work itself is professional as well. I would highly recommend choosing the Marion Indiana location to anyone friends or family! Very satisfied! My vehicle had 2 door dents and a scrape down the side and needed a piece of trim replaced. They said they needed to keep it for 2.5 weeks. Was to be done tomorrow. Today I got a text from them saying they need another week to repair it.
Can never live up to the deadline they set. Recommend go somewhere else. Horrible customer service.
I am thrilled with my new lower rear valance install by Gerber Collision. They are the best in town and treat you like family always.
