I just got my Outlander from Gerber in Marion. It had sustained significant hail damage. Despite the high volume of claims resulting from the recent hail storm, Gerber performed an outstanding repair on my vehicle and even provided a comprehensive interior detailing. My vehicle had 2 door dents and a scrape down the side and needed a piece of trim replaced. They said they needed to keep it for 2.5 weeks. Was to be done tomorrow. Today I got a text from them saying they need another week to repair it.
