So my experience for my car was good. But the customer service was poor. I had no communication with my car and how far of the progression was made but they apologized for that and thank you. Then I started getting calls regarding the insurance check. I was asked did I deposit it in my bank? What!!!!!! I then contacted my insurance company and they gave me the direct deposit tracking number to trace the payment. I got rear ended last summer. I was forced to use the per the other parties insurance. Almost a year later my coated bumper is showing signs of rust bubbling. I keep it garaged and clean. I'm thoroughly disappointed. None of my other trim is showing rust. Far from the condition to was in when I got hit from behind.
Was nice, but my paint keeps pealing off. They have fixed it once before and about 1 year later it looks like the photo I have added. Such a bummer

Excellent service. I'm new to the area and had a pretty unusual problem that I wasn't sure could be fixed. I called a mechanic shop and told them about my problem, and they referred me here. I sent an email explaining my situation, got a phone call about it super quick, and was able to bring my car by that morning. Not only did they get me in and out super quick, they solved the problem and went above and beyond with their customer service. We would trust bringing our cars here for future needs based on this experience.
