Nasty miserable receptionist, inconsiderate staff. Acting like I'm supposed to be the expert on auto body repair to make a quote easy for them. Lazy and unprofessional.
Working with Ben was great. He took the time to examine my car door and go over all my options. They replaced my broken window switch & lock assembly in a matter of hours, which was awesome. Extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend!
I don't think I know anyone that has a desire to be a "regular customer" at an auto body shop. Similarly, I'm not acquainted with anyone that strives to need to visit their dentist often enough to have been invited to each of their 6 adult children's weddings. Got sent here from insurance after someone hit me. Great customer service, quality work. Went above and beyond to take care of me and get the repair done quickly. I don’t leave many reviews but want to emphasize that this is a top notch team and I highly recommend them.
