Worst service EVER besides they took for ever they stealing my Steve Maiden glasses....very unprofessional place!!!!!!!! Still waiting for management to take responsibility over my stolen glasses.....shame on you guys After 4 months,management of Gerber Collision hasn't solved my problem.....you'll have cameras i have no neeeeeeeeeed to be lieying!!!!!!!! I need my glases back or at least a refund of what they cost me!!!!!!!! I work very hard for my things and it's not fair youll don't have trusted workers!!!!!!
Incredible communication, bodywork, and all around personalities of all the staff. They even warned me the auto text message services would probably tell me the car will be ready later than it actually was. If you guys ever need a massage therapist please look me up at Dosha Bodywork & Wellness. I will take care of your staff! Appreciate the great business practices. :)
got into an accident a couple of days before christmas and my door was jammed shut, nothing too bad but i went expecting to pay a lot of money and he unjammed my door free of charge! literally made my entire day
It happened again. I had some damage on my car, so the manager buffed it out as a courtesy service. Gerber is a friendly service. I had some small damage to an area of the paint on my car. Gerber fixed the problem while I waited and didn't charge me. Excellent customer relations. I'll surely use them if needed in the future.
