If there was an option for zero stars, that would be more appropriate. Not only was the store manager Clint (Cliff?) rude and disrespectful to my wife and me, but they also charged my insurance for work that they never performed. Definitely steer clear at all costs. **Update...the Cary location for Gerber was amazing and fixed my car right away. Recommend the Cary location!!**

Although I have never been a customer nor will I ever be, I can attest for the "repairs" that come out of this facility as I often times get to reinspect the vehicles that get repaired here. If you want to help out your insurance company's bottom line, have aftermarket or junk yard parts all over your vehicle, have manufacturer requirements overlooked, while receiving a very unsafe and improper repair, then this is the shop for you. Worst service EVER besides they took for ever they stealing my Steve Maiden glasses....very unprofessional place!!!!!!!! Still waiting for management to take responsibility over my stolen glasses.....shame on you guys After 4 months,management of Gerber Collision hasn't solved my problem.....you'll have cameras i have no neeeeeeeeeed to be lieying!!!!!!!! I need my glases back or at least a refund of what they cost me!!!!!!!! I work very hard for my things and it's not fair youll don't have trusted workers!!!!!!
