I recently came here to get my front bumper repaired. The service was great from start to finish. I was kept in the loop. Since my car had to stay, they had the car rental come and pick me up. When I came back to pick up my car, they let me drop off the rental right there. Highly recommend this shop.

Excellent service. Gerber smoothly coordinated my repair with both my insurance company, The Hartford, and with the rental car company. The repair was done sooner than estimated. When the repair was finished, Gerber delivered my car to me and picked up the rental car. All through the process, Gerber kept me well apprised of status and estimated completion dates. this company is truly terrible worst turn around service i have ever dealt with they got my truck march 2nd 2026 and i got it back july 13th 2026 they covered the rental car for the last 45 days which was good every week they extended the pick up bcz of something just horrible months upon months of excuses i thought they wouldve at least said well hey dont worry about the 500 deductible since they messed up my ac lines putting the transmission back in which caused another 3 week wait but of course they didnt i was be doing a... read more
