My daughter had a minor fender bender and Gerber was suggested by our insurance company. The process was flawless and they did an excellent job. Vehicle was repaired earlier than scheduled, communication was excellent.
They were attentive during the whole process. I got daily updates! When I picked up my car, I was beyond happy - it looked fantastic! I would recommend them to everyone.
This shop was meant to fix my vehicle and instead they lit it on fire and now their insurance company deemed it a total loss and is only paying me the loan amount for my car. I got this car earlier this year. Meanwhile I have to now go get a new vehicle because they lit it on fire. So now I have to go put down a new down payment for a car and have been paying my car payment the months they’ve had my car. I would like to thank Ryan for getting me right in to fix the splash underbody shield on my car. Dealer couldn’t even get me in for 3 weeks to look at it. Ryan got me in the same day I called and the part came the week after and he fixed it in 30 minutes while I waited and it came out perfect.
