This shop was meant to fix my vehicle and instead they lit it on fire and now their insurance company deemed it a total loss and is only paying me the loan amount for my car. I got this car earlier this year. Meanwhile I have to now go get a new vehicle because they lit it on fire. I would like to thank Ryan for getting me right in to fix the splash underbody shield on my car. Dealer couldn’t even get me in for 3 weeks to look at it. Ryan got me in the same day I called and the part came the week after and he fixed it in 30 minutes while I waited and it came out perfect. Thank you Ryan for your service and accommodating my schedule.
I hate to leave negative reviews, but this is needed I feel. Brought my car in on April 10th to begin repairs, told me the repairs would take about 14 business days, here we are Almost 30 business days later and my car has been sitting in the paint department for the past 8 days untouched. They found a little bit of extra damage and it makes since for it to add a few extra days, but this timeframe is unacceptable. And every time I call Gerber because I had to keep extending my rental, they tell me that they hope to have it d... read more
