I worked at Gerber as a porter and my experience wasn’t positive. I often felt treated unfairly, and management didn’t seem to care about employees. Some technicians and painters left messes on cars, reused old bumpers, and were disrespectful. Front office staff were often unprofessional and spent too much time talking. Customer cars were sometimes left running, which drained batteries. I’m not going to say too much, but I personally would not recommend bringing your car here.”

Nick just began yelling at me when I told him my car was not color matched properly! He refuses to help me. He claims it's because my bumper is plastic so it won't color match. It's a pearl white, this situation became completely unprofessional instantly and he has put me in complete FEAR due to his behavior. My son recently got his car repaired here due to a front-end collision. The paint job was awful, and then on top of that, they said the alignment being off was not part of the collision. How much common sense do you need to know if the front end is hit it will throw the alignment off. They also left a rattling noise that my son had to get fixed somewhere else. I'm highly disappointed, the insurance company recommended this place. Stay away from here if possible and look for better quality work somewhere else.
