We took my sons car there to be fixed. Minor repairs. The car was returned as fixed but the passenger door wouldn't open from the inside. Had to take it back to be repaired which they graciously did, however when it was returned this time it wouldn't connect to Apple play. Well the manager told us to drop off Thurs evening to be repaired on Friday morning. Great. Drop the car off. I have sent my cars to Gerber Collision on a few occasions, and they have never disappointed me. The customer service is wonderful. I received daily texts on repair progress. I always knew what step they were on in the process, and when it should be completed. They consistently finished on time or slightly before. The actual repairs have been thorough and perfect. I will always recommend friends and family to Gerber in Pen Argyl for their repairs.
