I brought my Alfa Romeo here for repair after my car was involved in a hit and run. Lori took my phone call and got everything done and set up immediately. Very high energy and good spirited woman. I had zero doubt about my vehicle being taken care of. The paint guy was meticulous and very thorough; I couldn’t find a flaw. Great job!
Had to return to get previous work done fixed. Was told there are all new techs now, we'll see if the repairs hold this time.
They had my car for two weeks to repair roof and quarter panel damage. Got my car back, they had the passenger seatbelt seatbelt completely disassembled, paint on the inside of my rear window and plastic trim, and left greasy finger prints on my headliner from taking it in and out of my car. I was so impressed and satisfied with the work Gerber did on my Lincoln. Great communication, work was done quickly, and most importantly, the car looks better than it has in years. They absolutely nailed the pearlescent paint job on it. I'm so happy with Gerber that I'm not even mad at the deer who decided to jaywalk right in front of my moving vehicle.
