I was greeted a the front desk by Eric, the General Manager on Phillips Highway. He wore a smile that was as wide as the Atlantic Ocean that made me feel welcome. I told him about the problem I had. We walked outside so I could show him the sticky stuff on the hood of the car. He asked if he could drive it to the back to see if he could remove the sticky stuff. In the last two plus years my wife’s car has been in two accidents. Both time Gerber has taken care of the repairs. The staff especially Eric and Gabby. Gabby is always pleasant and Eric has gone above and beyond any auto shop I’ve ever dealt with. The paint and body work matched with no issues. We did have issues with the head light which bmw issue. To be honest not sure if I would have gone to them as I thought to go to my dealership but I’m glad my insurance company referred them and that I did go to them. Tim was on point and detailed with his assessment of the work and gave me a date to be ready and was a man of his word. The work itself looks great and the girls at the front desk were always helpful and kind. I will definitely be back if I ever need work again !!
