I was greeted a the front desk by Eric, the General Manager on Phillips Highway. He wore a smile that was as wide as the Atlantic Ocean that made me feel welcome. I told him about the problem I had. We walked outside so I could show him the sticky stuff on the hood of the car. He asked if he could drive it to the back to see if he could remove the sticky stuff. In the last two plus years my wife’s car has been in two accidents. Both time Gerber has taken care of the repairs. The staff especially Eric and Gabby. Gabby is always pleasant and Eric has gone above and beyond any auto shop I’ve ever dealt with. The paint and body work matched with no issues. We did have issues with the head light which bmw issue.
