I was super impressed with the repair work done on my car. It looks brand new! They were great about communicating updates. They even finished a week earlier than they had estimated.

Repair was great. The updates throughout the process was great. However, it took a month for them to get the right decal in for my truck. After the main repairs were done, I had to return my loaner vehicle. I was told by Gerber that when they got the decal in, I wouldn't need an appointment and I could just "swing by" anytime because it would take 5 minutes for them to put on, or they made sure to inform me I could just put it on myself..
