Just had my car repaired by Gerber after a fender bender and had a great experience. Their front staff is professional and pleasant, the work was great, they communicated status continuously and they are well integrated with the local Enterprise rental car office. When I picked up my car I noticed one small issue that seemed off, so I went back to the store to ask about it. Disclaimer: Nobody is paying me to say this, I don't have any personal interest in this company, and I don't usually write reviews. This place is amazing. Nobody likes to get their car repaired, it's historically like going to the dentist. But I have to say, this place did not have a bad or rude employee in the building. I spoke to at least 5 people. The staff is very professional and kind. They listen to you and actually understand what end result you envision for your car. I was just there this morning with some minor car issues. Ron not only understood what I wanted but he actually took care of the problems on the spot and I was out of there in less than 45 minutes. My son had his front valance bumper placed back on today at Gerber Collision & Glass, on Snouffer School Rd., Gaithersburg, Md. , by a wonderful & generous technician, Ron. Although, my son & I wanted to pay for Ron's services, he refused to take payment. My son has been laid off from work, & we both can't say enough about the kindness/generosity Ron gave to us.
