Great service, highly recommended! Somebody hit my son’s Civic, which needed bumper & body work and taillight replacement needed. Their insurance recommended Gerber to us. I Highly recommend this shop — they were courteous, prompt and set clear expectations. They provided status notifications along the way and helped make the whole experience go well.
Terrible customer experience. My front bumper needed to be replaced. No additional underlying issues. Took my car in once the new bumper arrived And it took them 23 days to complete the job. Terrible communication throughout the process. Manager was awful.

This shop is horrible. I took my car there after an accident. It stayed in the shop for 10 days and they disassembled it, then insurance said they will not fix it because they will deem total loss, which I did not agree. So I told them I will go and pick the car back, it took them 4 days to assemble it back. When I took the car back they did not even assemble it properly, all the alarms are beeping now, the front bumper is loose, and plus they never told me but they broke my both front sensors which were working perfectly be... read more
