Wife picked up her car from Gerber on the 4th after over a month at their shop. Upon inspection found numerous defects in their workmanship. Trim that doesn't sit flush , d.a scratches showing through paintwork, dirt in the paint, dry texture in the clear coat, scratched and dented trim, gouges in plastic trim around the body , double sided tape peeling away from panels. Brought my pathfinder in and it looks great and they got it done earlier than originally expected. They were beyond professional and knowledgeable. I already recommended this shop to my family. 5 star experience 🙌🏻
This shop’s manager and front staff is above and beyond. I had a issue and came back and instead of being rude or argumentative or mad. The manager came out looked at my car grabbed my keys and pulled it around to get fixed. Great attitude and good customer service. I will bring my car here in the future for body work and repairs.
