Took my 2012 Outback there they did a great job. They had it done in a couple of days
Gerber's lifetime warranty is for real and then some. Kyle Burr, production manager and Ron Hoagland, general manager, exceeded all expectations by re--working a 10 year old repair made by the previous owner of the shop. Both gentlemen were involved and on top of the project from the day I first showed up and until the car was finished. No questions asked, quickly and with positive attitudes. Unbelievable service. Thank you Gerber, Kyle and Ron.
Made the mistake of Using Gerber collision in Milwaukie, for the second time. Shame on me. Years ago, I used them to fix my vehicle and it was an absolute disaster. Color didn’t match, parts, not correct, new parts, literally falling off my car. Every time I took the vehicle back and tried to fix it, they just tried to glue stuff back together. UPDATE MAY 7TH, 2025: The manager called me, great guy btw, he listened to all my concerns. He also had me bring him my vehicle today. It is now completely fixed. I give them 5 stars. If you get your vehicle repaired at Gerber, just make sure to communicate with everyone and ask questions if you are not sure or happy with something, the MGR is a great guy and will make sure you are well taken care of!!! Thanks, MGR @ Gerber you brightened my day today and made me laugh which I needed. 5 stars for a 5-star MGR.
