I wanted to leave a review since the experience I had getting my car done at Gerber Collidion & Glass in Estero was so good! They got my car fixed much faster than I ever would have expected and they were so professional with every interaction. When I dropped my car off, I was going to walk home but when they heard that was my plan, they insisted that I let them take me home so I didn’t have to walk in the heat. I got into a fender bender before having my new car even one week. Luckily insurance covered damages and a rental, which I didn’t even need very long thanks to Brenna Franco at Gerber Collision and Glass Estero who worked her magic and fixed my car in the same day. The stars definitely aligned for this to happen and I am extremely grateful! My advisor Brenna she’s amazing from the second my truck got in the shop. She was always on top of keeping me updated through every step of the way even though it took six months due to a part being out of stock, She was always updating me every two days. I couldn’t have gotten a better person to help me out. God forbid I get into another accident I would want Brenna to be my advisor again.
