I dropped my truck off Gerber Bellingham, after speaking with them over the phone and in person, I was told the repairs would take 1 week to 1.5 weeks because the painter was on vacation. Come to realize after a week and a half they had not started working on my truck and they didn't have a painter. Upon my asking of the progress of the truck they asked if I knew a painter or of anyone that could help them do work. Quite a bit happened while I was a customer here. But I’ll keep it short and to the point for the sake of any poor soul that is just trying to decide whether or not to choose this shop. There was miscommunication after miscommunication over the course of a week, culminating in work being done without them having received my approval to do so. This place really gotten worse over the years. I call at 1 pm to schedule an estimate, they tell me to call in at 2:30 since the estimator is out for lunch. I call back at 2:30 they tell me to call back at 3:30 since they were still out. I call back at 3:30 and since then, the line is empty and transfer to the national call center. If they don't even have the professionalism to receive a call at a promised time, dont trust them with your vehicle.
