Worst experience I've ever had with any autobody shop. My parents own a small autobody shop, and this one is an absolute disgrace in comparison. They gave me a deadline, and missed it by a week. (I'm still waiting) Sent the wrong Subaru in for calibrations, and didn't even call me to notify me about it. The only reason I went here is because they worked with my insurance. If you need glass or body work done, I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass in La Crosse! A few years ago, a deer jumped onto my car on my way home and my car had pretty significant damage. I originally had it repaired at Midwest Auto, but issues showed up later—my automatic lights and surround sensors didn’t work (which I didn’t notice right away), and eventually the paint on the repaired panel started falling off.
