The staff at Gerber were friendly and professional. They helped me through the process of working with my insurance on a rather difficult claim. I can’t say enough how impressed I was with Lilly Vargas in particular. She was very knowledgeable of the process, her communication was excellent and encouraging. Absolutely terrible service, no communication. Lilly will only text you when your vehicle is done and won't let you know anything with your vehicle and treat you like your being there is interrupting her life. Jerry the other adjuster will just stare at you the entire time like gum on the bottom of his shoe. Sold my vehicle right after because I don't trust the repairs or shop. Never using Gerber ever again!
