Unfortunately, my experience at Gerber Collision in Kennewick was disappointing. One of the biggest issues was the timeline. I was originally told the repairs would take about a week, but the job ended up taking over three weeks with very little communication in between. Each time I followed up, I was told it would be “just a couple more days,” which kept getting pushed back. Was in an accident recently and the insurance company recommended this place. They were over the top excellent on everything. I knew the status of my vehicle on every step. Even was convenient with a rental car which was right down the street. No questions asked will come back to this shop with any auto body or paint repair.

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my vehicle here, I got it back fixed and they told me I have life time warranty on all the repairs. There were few things still wrong with my vehicle which i got checked but still weren’t fixed. One of my suspension parts broke and they back out saying it’s not related to the original claim and that I had to start a new claim. When they actually did replace that part in the first place.
