I did a number on my right front bumper trying to pull into a tight parking space (won't do that again) and was referred to Gerber by my insurance company. Once the estimate was done, the parts were ordered and the work had begun, I was kept updated every step of the way. I have to give a special shout out to my estimator, Ana Romero. This business has very shady practices. I was told when I picked up my car that I have a lifetime warranty and can bring it back at any time. Now they have completely ghosted me. My car was rear ended by a distracted driver and it was taken to gerber for repair. They used after market parts to fix my bumper and it does not fit properly which you can clearly see from the photos from before after accident and once the repairs are done.
