UPDATE: The regional manager reached to me In order to discuss my experience with Gerber Collision and Glass. He informed me that the personnel that were there during my time of service are no longer employed there. He also informed me that they had made updates to their service protocols. Single women be aware! My story happened some years back, so hopefully there’s a new staff at this organization. I need to share this so I can finally let it go. I took my car in for a bumper repair to Gerber collision because it was near my home at the time. When I received my vehicle back, I realized they had broken one of the fasteners on my bumper, so it was sticking out. I noted this with the manager on call. End of October an elderly lady drove into the left side of my car. I was given a list of places to take my car for fixing and chose this location thinking, most of my business experiences in Crofton have been pleasant. I took my car in around Nov 11th ( i think). I was originally told a new door would be ordered and work would be done before the end of the month. When I called 4 days after to see if there were any updates I was told the adjuster had just submitted the claim and would hear back after the weekend. I was called... read more

Have used them a couple of times for auto body work, always came back looking as good as before the damage!
