Just got estimate this time. Last time the fixed a lot of hail damage. Car looked perfect after repair
Four vehicles. Four visits to Gerber. Each time they screwed up something important, making us return multiple times to Big Rapids. We live 1 1/2 hours away from there.

Worst place ever! They don’t give a crap about you or your vehicle.
When I tell you I have not had a better customer experience from any single business, I mean it! We unfortunately had an accident on a roadtrip - enter the truly wonderful team at Gerber. They consistently called twice a week to provide use with status updates on the car. They went far above and beyond in their safety and repair worker. And the true kindness and generosity of their entire team (HUGE shoutouts to Mike, Madison & Sam) was truly remarkable.
