We had a fender bender on our cross country trip and USAA recommended Gerber as an authorized repair shop for our truck. They were very helpful and responsive through the whole process, helping coordinate with the rental company in town as well. The repair was done well and got the truck back good as new! No issues since.
Took way too long with my vehicle. Repairs were done well . Customer service was poor. Was over charged for my rental car due the company taking too long to finish the repairs on my vehicle .
Just got estimate this time. Last time the fixed a lot of hail damage. Car looked perfect after repair. Review for new claim pendinding. They have had my car for two weeks and kept finding "new things" damaged. I'm not thinking it was just damage I'd ever seen. Like I said. New Review pending after I get my car back finally
