I had the worst experience ever with the lady office manager, at this business. Outside of everything Mr Kevin is a nice man. However, the office Mgr called the police on me when I simply asked (in a mono tone) why my vehicle will not start after I brought it in this place to get my wheel sensors fixed and left it in their care
I made an appointment for an estimate on my F150 which is all aluminum. I told them it was all aluminum and asked if they work on aluminum vehicles because it takes special technicians. They said bring it in. I wait the weekend out and show up early for the appointment, I go through the entire process and wait for the estimator to finish. After months of having my vehicle in the shop for repairs, my bill doubled and rose over $10,479 + fees for the rentals while it sat, more than the value of the car. Many body clips were left unattached after the repairs including the entire skid plate. When the vehicle was returned, a new check engine light was on and has not since been resolved.
