I came here after an undesirable experience at another Gerber location. The folks at the Hammond Gerber location were efficient, friendly and very accommodating. The young lady at the front desk even helped me get through some insurance red tape and get my rental car set up for me. She heard me trying to navigate the insurance voice-prompt maze on my phone and went out of her way to help me cut througn that BS. I just want to take a moment to express how impressed I am with the experience I had after being rear-ended in an accident. Thankfully, the other party had State Farm insurance. By the very next day, I received a call from them—they immediately set me up with a rental vehicle and referred me to a repair shop in a convenient location. I had the worst experience ever with the lady office manager, at this business. Outside of everything Mr Kevin is a nice man. However, the office Mgr called the police on me when I simply asked (in a mono tone) why my vehicle will not start after I brought it in this place to get my wheel sensors fixed and left it in their care
