2+ Months to Receive a Proper Diagnosis (Honestly, Even That’s Generous) I dropped off my truck in early September after an accident. I picked it up in late September and immediately started having issues with my parking sensor, a problem that did NOT exist before the repair. Worst customer service. Took them almost 4 months for a job that was "done" in 2 weeks. They could not get the paint correct without flaws. Was told it was done 4 different times, and it was still messed up. They even sent it to another location with the same results. I would recommend a can of spray paint over this entire franchise. Customer service was a joke. Management was never available and would regularly not return phone calls.

We had such a pleasant experience ay Gerber Collision in Washington, MI. The office girls Kim and Paige were so nice and helpful in person and on phone. Antonio who estimated the work was awesome. He kept us informed at every step of repairs. Antonio was very professional and excellent with customer relations. Gerber completed the work days sooner than expected and it looked great. We highly recommend Gerber in Washington. We give them a 10 star rating. Thanks to all the hard workers.
