Worst customer service. Took them almost 4 months for a job that was "done" in 2 weeks. They could not get the paint correct without flaws. Was told it was done 4 different times, and it was still messed up. They even sent it to another location with the same results. I would recommend a can of spray paint over this entire franchise. Customer service was a joke. Management was never available and would regularly not return phone calls.
We had such a pleasant experience ay Gerber Collision in Washington, MI. The office girls Kim and Paige were so nice and helpful in person and on phone. Antonio who estimated the work was awesome. He kept us informed at every step of repairs. Antonio was very professional and excellent with customer relations. Gerber completed the work days sooner than expected and it looked great. We highly recommend Gerber in Washington. We give them a 10 star rating. Thanks to all the hard workers.
Gerber Collision Washington MI provided a great experience. Antonio communicated progress of the repair and any issues they encountered. My repair required extra time and the Gerber team did a great job talking to insurance company to avoid surprises. Highly recommend this location.
I would highly recommend this Gerber location. The staff is very professional and helpful. After a terrible experience with another Gerber location, Paige and her staff took my car in and completed the necessary repairs that the other shop completely botched. Paige was amazing to work with.
