Toyota sent me there to get get a bolt inserted in my door. Was told by super fast talking sales guy to "just live with it, your car is old and it's falling apart". Long story short, it only took a drill to get the entire thing fixed in less than 10 minutes by a family friend. Customer service was disappointing.
