They took my car in for front bumper repairs. To perform this they had to remove the headlights and detach the fender liners. When replacing the headlights, they left out 2 screws from each headlight. The right headlight bulb was improperly reconnected and bent a prong in the connector which I find out driving at night.. They didn't reattach the passenger side fender liner properly, being loose it rubbed on the tire while driving and got torn up. Took my car in for a repair where it needed a new front bumper and headlight, the bulbs in the old headlight worked perfectly, it was just the brackets on the housing that were broken, I had LEDs, and they didn’t even bother taking them out of my old housing and putting them in the new one they just put halogens in there, so now I have half led and half halogen, I will be calling in the morning so they can find my old led bulbs and put them back in the car and that’s the last they’ll hear from me
Great customer service and communication from the beginning through the repair. Exceptional work at a fair and reasonable price! I will definitely use Gerber Collision & Glass again!
