Really outstanding service from Gerber. Auto body damage was handled quickly and professionally. Staff were all excellent and friendly. We are extremely pleased that we chose Gerber for our repair.
This company took six weeks to complete moderate repairs after a 20 mph accident because they were unable to order the correct parts. Their poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail has now caused a massive issue with my son’s car including an oil pressure light that comes on every time you drive more than 20 miles, putting the car into limp mode and making it undrivable. They took my car in for front bumper repairs. To perform this they had to remove the headlights and detach the fender liners. When replacing the headlights, they left out 2 screws from each headlight. The right headlight bulb was improperly reconnected and bent a prong in the connector which I find out driving at night.. They didn't reattach the passenger side fender liner properly, being loose it rubbed on the tire while driving and got torn up.
