Gerber was great. I was able to get my car in right away. They took the time to explain next steps. The offered to help me rent a loaner while work was being completed. They finished way ahead of the scheduled time. I appreciate their transparancy when they did the inspection before the release of the car and found an issue that needed to be fixed. Gerber Collision in Oak Forest also stayed open a little past their closing time, long enough to allow me to grab my car when it was complete- that is customer service!
Excellent customer service. Work on my car was beautifully done. They even delivered the car back to me and took care of rental return.
