Customer service was great! Javier was very communicative and kept me updated through the whole process. Very friendly and responsive. The car looked great and clean :)
From the initial call to set up the first appointment to picking up my car after the repair, Gerber in Romeoville was great. Javier and everyone else made sure that I got updated when there was any information. The car looks like nothing ever happened. My car was repaired in the time they estimated it would take, and I'm extremely happy with how easy the process was. They stand behind their work and I appreciate that

My estimator, Javier Salgado and the team at this location were great to work with. I was rear ended so this was extremely frustrating to have to pay to get repair work done, but Javier and his team were super communicative and proved regular updates by phone and text.
