This is the 2nd time I have used Gerber Collision in Cartersille. Once after hitting a deer and few years ago & recently due to being rear-ended. They were so helpful, handled everything with professionalism, right down to securing my rental car pick up and return. I was very impressed that the turn around on the repairs were just over 1 week. An amazing place I got my car back. It looked better than the day I purchased it. I would totally recommend my family and friends to this place. Everybody is amazing.
They were professional and courteous. They kept me updated on the progress of my car. They went the extra mile when I needed it and I appreciate them so very much! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM!

I was skeptical at first because of it being a insurance claim,but it was by far the best experience I’ve had not only collision repair,but customer service overall.They made every effort to not affect my daily schedule and went above and beyond to ensure my car was in a better state than it was previously.Im super happy with the repairs and it looks absolutely beautiful.I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me!
