I usually don't leave reviews but I experienced First Class customer service when I arrived at Gerber and was met at the front desk by a smiling lady named Faith. She deserves to be recognized for her phenomenal customer service. She made a very stressful situation so much easier and gave us peace of mind. She earned our business for life! Thank you, Faith! Faith, Erika and Kimberly severely surpassed my expectations of service! They kept me in the loop, listened to everything i had to say, took all my annoying papers i printed becuase i was stressing out and went through them with me, just WOW, WOW, WOW!!!! I don’t think I have ever left a review before but felt the need to for Gerber. Getting into an accident can be such a stressful process. Between dealing with insurance, and getting your vehicle to look the way it did before. With Gerber and their team I felt like I had to do next to nothing throughout this entire process.
