They were nice people. Just didn't know how to do their job correctly. I was quoted for multiple parts and repairs. Alignment, replace fender, bumper headlight and inner fender well, mirror and blend my hood and door painpaialso to inspect for other damages. They kept in contact the entire week. I give Gerber a 5 star rating as they took very good care of my truck in November of 2012. 15 months later, the hood release mechanism would not work so I took it back to them to see what was wrong and they found that the rod that releases the 2ndary latch was not attached any longer. They installed a new clip and would not accept any money for the repair. If you are in need of a trustworthy repair shop who stands behind their work. look no further!!
