While my car was being repaired, the communication was excellent and completely transparent. I never had to chase them down for updates—they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Once the repairs were completed, they even walked me out to my car to show me exactly what had been repaired and explain what was done. The level of communication, professionalism, and customer service was outstanding.

I had a great experience at Gerber Collision & Glass. My car was recently involved in an accident to which the insurance company deemed it totaled and I was referred to come here to see if the damages could’ve been fixed. The men helping me were very kind, informative and transparent with the entire situation and broke a lot of things down for me to better understand as I have below bare minimum knowledge on these topics. These guys did an excellent job. Made sure my car was as good as new. They made sure the replacement parts were in factory new condition before installing. They care about quality work, and it shows. I really appreciate the entire staff, and Jeremy, for excellent communication throughout the process. I definitely recommend them for your collision repair. Thank you!
