I have heard great things so when I got into a mild car accident, Gerber we was the first place I called. However, while repairing damage on my car, they scratched up one of my windows and refused to fix/replace it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and when my husband hit a patch of ice and slid into someone, we brought his car in as well. Getting truck fixed
DO NOT GO HERE!!! These people had my vehicle for over 7 weeks! Told me countless times when my car would be completed- and it never was. I had to frequently call for updates on my vehicle. Just picked it up finally after a stressful 7 weeks, and it still has damage from the accident (that wasn't my fault). DONT come here, terrible service and customer service!!! Attached photos of the scratches left behind!
VERY EXPENSIVE
Gerber repaired some damage on my car. From what I can see they did a great job.
